We are now hiring full-time Chargeback Analyst.
What you will be doing:
You will learn about the ever-changing world of card processing and online payments
You will create evidence to protect merchants from illegitimate chargebacks
You will collaborate with your teammates and ask questions in order to put forth the best possible evidence
You will come up with creative & innovative ways to continue improving our current processes
As you develop your skills, you will also be in charge of training new hires both in our team and in the whole company
You will attend weekly learning sessions to further your knowledge in the Fintech world
