We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Website Manager to join our team here at Justt. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, as well as managing our company website. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of branding, website design, customer journey mapping, and digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and optimize conversions
  • Manage the company website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and reflects our brand (both visually and messaging) and business objectives
  • Lead search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and traffic in tandem with the content team
  • Help develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including targeting, messaging, and testing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute high-quality content in a strategic way that powerfully resonates with our target audiences
  • Analyze data to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement across all marketing channels & activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and website management, preferably in Financial Services, SaaS, or Fintech industry.
  • Proficiency in website content management systems (WordPress), email marketing platforms (Hubspot), Salesforce, and some light graphic design (Canva/Adobe).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, lead generation tactics, digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), and on-page conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
