Marketing Operations Manager

About The Position

Justt is the world leader in fighting illegitimate chargebacks on behalf of merchants. Our chargeback mitigation solution uses smart technology to create a hands-off experience for merchants, while providing the highest overall success rates in the industry.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll develop critical internal marketing processes around our lead and contact databases within our marketing automation system. This role will also focus on executing best-in-class programs in support of the buyer & customer journey. This role will support the effective management of processes and technology for the global marketing organization. This role will also focus on executing best-in-class programs in support of the buyer & customer journey. 

The ideal candidate is an analytical self-starter, who can think strategically and act tactically.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Marketing Database Management - Audit and maintain overall marketing database health, create advanced segments & smart lists; focus on strategy, design, execution, and operations of marketing databases, and marketing automation solutions and identify actions to optimize performance
  • Marketing Technology Stack Management - Assist in the evaluation, selection and implementation of new marketing tools and technologies and ensure integration with rest of marketing technology stack
  • Lead Scoring - Design, implement, and monitor lead scoring for the organization
  • Marketing Automation - Create and execute lead lifecycle workflows to ensure optimized delivery of campaigns. Support marketing efforts by building out and deploying tactics such as, but not limited to: emails, webinars, lead nurturing and scoring programs within Hubspot and SFDC
  • Lead Attribution Tracking - Enforce processes around lead management and attribution
  • Reporting - Provide on-going analyses and reports in partnership with marketing team to report results and performance of campaigns and channels to the team and management
  • Email Nurturing - Work with marketing programs specialist to create advanced email marketing nurture programs
  • A/B Testing - Run experiments to maximize delivery and conversions
  • Data-Driven Analysis - Define, analyze, and track critical marketing program performance
  • Understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities
  • Partner with sales, sales operations, and our BDR team to optimize the lead flow process and ensure quality data
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve systems issues as they arise
  • Proactively identify areas to improve efficiency and propose thoughtful and achievable solutions to address them


  • 3+ years of marketing operations experience with at least 1 year of experience in the B2B SaaS space
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or similar required
  • Must have at least 2 years of Hubspot experience
  • Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and ability to thrive amidst cross-functional projects, aggressive deadlines, and consistent change
  • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage expectations, opinions, and feedback from multiple stakeholders and on various projects simultaneously
  • Unrelenting curiosity, initiative, and resourcefulness
