About The Position
Justt is the world leader in fighting illegitimate chargebacks on behalf of merchants. Our chargeback mitigation solution uses smart technology to create a hands-off experience for merchants, while providing the highest overall success rates in the industry.
We are looking for an experienced Fraud Manager with in-depth knowledge into the world of credit card fraud. In this position you will be building from the ground up our internal anti-fraud solution that will be used to compliment and improve our main chargeback mitigation solution. In addition, you will build the teams that run the solution, and manage the entire operation of these teams.
What you’ll be doing:
You will research our entire solution from the onboarding stage all the way up to live customers, and create a plan consisting of the internal and external tools and solutions that will be needed to be put in place in order to detect fraud.
You will implement these fraud solutions and build the teams that are necessary to operate these solutions
You will oversee and manage the operations of the fraud teams
You will delegate tasks and monitor their progress throughout the teams
You will analyze and improve the teams’ current processes.
You will measure teams’ KPIs.
At least 4 years of experience in the credit card fraud space
At least 5 year of experience managing large operations
Strong knowledge of the Payments Industry
Excellent level of English- reading and writing
Strong communication, analytic, risk management, and program management skills
Microsoft Excel- high level
Well organized & detail oriented
Ability to think outside of the box
Stacks of motivation, independence and a thirst for learning
