We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team on a 50% freelance basis for a six-month maternity leave cover, with the option for extension. This role involves leading end-to-end design processes—from concept development through user testing and implementation.

Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Design Ownership: Own the design process from concept to implementation, including creating prototypes and conducting user testing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and design teams to deliver innovative, effective, and data-driven solutions for complex challenges. Work closely with product managers to align user needs with business objectives, ensuring a balance of user value and strategic goals.
- Data-Informed Design: Analyze both qualitative and quantitative user data, such as A/B testing and usability testing, to enhance user experience.
- Design System Knowledge: Familiarity with design system processes is required, with experience in managing design systems as a significant advantage.
