As the dedicated Senior Sales Analyts within our Commercial team, you'll analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and deliver actionable insights that directly impact our clients' bottom line. This is a standalone position working closely with Account Executives and Product and Data teams while reporting to the Commercial leadership.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Sales Data Analyst to join our commercial department. In this role, you will collaborate with the commercial team to analyze and normalize prospect data during the value-building stage. Your insights will help demonstrate the potential ROI of our services, supporting informed decision-making before entering the legal phase.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and standardize prospect transaction and chargeback data to identify recovery potential
- Present compelling ROI analysis to support the sales team in client acquisition
- Develop and refine data models to accurately predict chargeback recovery rates
- Guide prospects through our assessment panel process, translating complex data insights into clear business value
- Maintain quality standards for all prospect data analysis to ensure accurate forecasting
- Serve as subject matter expert for payment service provider relationships
- Collaborate with Account Executives to support client success
