Position Summary

We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as the initial client contact, identifying qualified prospects and creating new business opportunities that contribute to our company's growth targets. You'll collaborate with our sales team to develop a strong pipeline and lay the groundwork for your sales career.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients for our chargeback management solution
  • Drive pipeline growth through both inbound and outbound lead engagement
  • Work in tandem with Account Executives to guide prospects through the sales journey
  • Identify customer pain points and serve as their internal champion
  • Cultivate professional relationships with prospects across diverse industries
  • Craft persuasive value narratives that emphasize financial benefits over technical specifications
  • Develop strategies to address common customer concerns
  • Effectively manage and prioritize a diverse lead portfolio of inbound and outbound
  • Gain industry-specific knowledge relevant to various client personas

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year of Sales Development experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors
