This Isn’t Just Any PA Role

As the Personal Assistant to our CEO, you’ll be at the epicenter of our organization’s most critical operations. You won’t just manage a calendar- you’ll orchestrate the strategic rhythm of a visionary leader’s day across global time zones. This isn’t about taking notes- it’s about capturing insights that translate into action.

What You’ll Own:

  • Be the maestro of a complex global schedule – Skillfully coordinate priorities across continents and time zones, ensuring our CEO is always in the right place at the right time
  • Create seamless international travel experiences – Transform potentially stressful business trips to London, New York and beyond into productive, well-orchestrated journeys
  • Become the CEO’s operational right hand – Anticipate needs, remove obstacles, and create space for high-impact leadership
  • Partner with our executive leadership team – Work in sync with our Chief of Staff and leadership to drive company priorities forward
  • Master the art of priority management – Ensure our CEO’s time and attention align perfectly with our most strategic objectives
  • Be the diplomatic gateway – Skillfully manage communications with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
  • Capture critical insights – Participate in executive meetings and transform discussions into actionable outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven executive support expertise – 5+ years as a Personal Assistant or in senior administrative roles
  • Global business understanding – Experience in international organizations and cross-cultural communication
  • Startup DNA – Direct experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced startup environments
  • Academic foundation – Bachelor’s degree that has honed your critical thinking skills
  • Flawless English communication – Both written and verbal
  • Eagle-eye attention to detail combined with big-picture strategic thinking
  • Unshakeable composure under pressure and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality in all matters
  • Flexibility and adaptability for a role that doesn’t follow a 9-5 schedule
  • Self-starter mindset with the confidence to make decisions and solve problems independently
  • Collaborative spirit with a no-ego approach to teamwork
  • Technical proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and productivity applications
