We are seeking an experienced, strategic and performance oriented Vice President of Partnerships to join our team. This role balances strong strategic vision, commercial acumen and deal making skills with domain expertise in the Payments ecosystem and product management qualities. 

We’ve got the best product in the market and we need a Partnerships lead who can dramatically expand our business from channel partners, develop strategic collaborations and help us open up new revenue streams.

The Role

As VP of Partnerships, you will own Justt’s global partnerships strategy and execution. You will identify, build, and scale high-impact partnerships with payment providers, fraud platforms, technology vendors, system integrators, and other strategic allies that expand Justt’s reach and revenue.

This is a pivotal leadership role — you’ll shape how Justt integrates into the payments and eCommerce ecosystem, drive partner-sourced pipeline, and forge alliances that cement our position as the market leader in chargeback mitigation.

Your Mission:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with Justt’s go-to-market plan and revenue goals.
  • Identify, negotiate, and launch partnerships with PSPs, acquirers, fraud vendors, eCommerce platforms, system integrators, agencies, and consulting firms
  • Build a scalable partner program that covers referral, reseller, and technology/integration partners.
  • Own partner pipeline development — ensure partnerships deliver qualified opportunities and revenue impact.
  • Develop joint value propositions, co-marketing campaigns, and co-selling motions with partners.
  • Establish metrics to track partner performance and ensure ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Serve as a senior ambassador of Justt in the partner ecosystem and at industry events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances roles in the payments, fraud prevention, fintech, or eCommerce space with at least 3 years in a VP or Director role
  • Proven track record of negotiating, launching, and scaling high-value partnerships that drive revenue
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action: experience in building a plan and getting it done
  • Strong people person who builds relationships, thrives in conferences, and bonds well 
  • Collaborative, transparent, kind, and direct. A culture fit at Justt
  • Proven success in building partnerships from the ground up
  • Organized, proactive, and independent with an obsession for metrics, optimization, and delivering results on time
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to represent Justt facing C-levels and in public forums.
  • Direct experience in product partnerships and integrations 
  • Deep network across PSPs, acquirers, fraud solution providers, or related ecosystems
  • Native English; additional languages are an advantage.
