We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive with a hunter’s mindset to join our growing EMEA team. You’ll be responsible for driving new business across target verticals, building a strong pipeline, and closing high-value deals. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is hungry to exceed goals, own their number, and contribute to the broader revenue engine.
As a frontline sales leader, you’ll work consultatively with prospects, uncovering their pain, aligning with our solution, and guiding them through a high-value, insight-driven buying process. What You’ll Do
- Own your territory: Prospect, qualify, and close new business across defined verticals, geographies, and segments.
- Pipeline Generation: Build and manage a robust pipeline using cold outreach, strategic networking, and inbound qualification.
- Close Consultative Sales: Navigate long, multi-threaded sales cycles with mid-market to enterprise stakeholders (Product, Fraud, Risk, Finance, Legal).
- Confidently lead commercial conversations, pricing strategy, and objection handling.
- Own the Deal: Lead all phases of the sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and closing—collaborating closely with Solutions, Product, and Legal.
- Technical Selling: Conduct initial needs assessments, demo Justt’s platform, and coordinate with onboarding to align on scope and timelines.
- Be Accountable: Hit and exceed quarterly sales targets, with a clear plan for your territory, weekly pipeline discipline, and CRM hygiene.
- Share and Scale: Bring insights back to the team, help evolve our playbooks, and mentor newer team members by example.
Requirements
- 9+ years of quota-carrying SaaS fintech sales experience, ideally selling into mid-market/enterprise clients.
- Proven track record in cold outreach, discovery, multi-stakeholder selling, and closing complex deals.
- Deep familiarity with the payments ecosystem, PSPs, chargebacks, or fraud tools is a strong plus.
- Experience selling intangibles or professional services is a bonus.
- Comfortable with remote cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you’re articulate, curious, and empathetic.
- Expert at handling objections, navigating gatekeepers, and closing.
- Fluent in tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.
- Time management ninja, able to prioritise, follow through, and document consistently.
