Ofir Tahor
Prior to Justt, Ofir was a senior level executive at Magento/Adobe following the successful exit of his previous company Shopial, which was acquired by Magento Commerce. It was during this period when Ofir saw first-hand merchants’ struggles and frustrations with the low-tech, labor intensive chargeback dispute process.
This led him to co-create Justt together with co-founder and Chief Risk Officer Roenen Ben-Ami, to create an AI-based automated chargeback solution, combining subject matter expertise with machine learning, that takes the work off internal teams and lets businesses reclaim more of the revenue they’ve earned, so they can focus on building and strengthening their customer relationships.
Coming from a technical background, Ofir holds a Master’s Degree in computer science with a concentration in machine-learning algorithms.
Roenen Ben-Ami
Roenen Ben-Ami, co-founder and Chief Risk Officer of Justt, is an expert in the field of payments and chargeback mitigation. Together with co-founder and CEO Ofir Tahor, he has shaped the company’s product and vision since its founding in 2020.
Previously, Roenen led the Chargeback and Merchant Risk teams at the payments service provider Simplex, which successfully recovered millions of dollars a year. He also served for nine years in an elite military intelligence unit in the Israel Defense Forces, attaining the rank of captain and spearheading the creation of an innovative operations department focused on change leadership, human resource development, and risk management.
Renata Caine
Renata joined Justt after 4+ years at market-leading modern card issuer Marqeta, where she served as SVP of International, Strategy, and Planning and saw the company through their 2021 initial public offering. A veteran in the fintech and payments space, Caine previously spent 11 years at WEX most recently as VP of Commercial, Virtual Payments.
An advocate for diversity and gender equity in fintech, Renata was named one of the 2021 Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology.
