Justt, a pioneer in smart technology and chargeback resolution for merchants, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. Our proprietary AI technology is designed to efficiently handle payment disputes, ensuring merchants can focus on business growth rather than navigating complex chargeback issues. As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Justt, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, contributing directly to the company's success.

Position Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated, performance driven individuals to be a part of our expanding team in TLV. 

Reporting to the VP of Customer Success based in Israel, the Senior CSM will be responsible for creating a valued relationship with our growing number of customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and actively contributing to reaching revenue goals through effective customer management strategies.This role requires a deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem and especially chargebacks. The successful candidate will embody the role of a customer's trusted advisor while illuminating their challenges, offering critical insights to internal stakeholders and championing a transformative partnership that elevates both our customer experience and organizational success.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, your job is to build strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers. You'll dig into their specific business needs, use your deep knowledge of our products, and make sure they succeed, stay loyal, and help us grow our revenue.


Responsibilities

  • Account Portfolio Management:
  • Serving as a passionate advocate for customers, understanding their needs, addressing challenges, and aligning with their vision of success.
  • Cultivating meaningful, data-driven relationships to instill confidence on the customer's end.
  • Demonstrating a revenue-driven approach by identifying upsell opportunities and fostering relationships that contribute to increased Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), a key performance indicator (KPI).
  • Voice of the Partner:
  • Represent the partner’s perspective within Justt, actively engaging in a "feedback loop" to cultivate a company-wide customer-centric culture.
  • Trusted Advisor:
  • Serve as the customer’s trusted advisor, advocating for necessary changes to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Product Mastery:
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to offer effective guidance and support to customers.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other departments to craft comprehensive and streamlined customer journeys.
  • Playbook Development:
  • Propose and create new, repeatable playbooks to address emerging ROI opportunities and overcome utilization blockers.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of customer success management in the Fintech space 
  • Company size - experience within startups up to 100 employees 
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and/or outperforming key target metrics
  • Account management experience - managed revenue 
  • Fast learner. Ability to understand and handle complex situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to conduct deep discovery to understand true needs, and manage customer expectations and potential concerns
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to understand data and present information to customers
  • Ability to anticipate customers' needs and position product solutions accordingly
  • High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
