This is a career-defining opportunity to own the lifecycle marketing function for a fast-scaling fintech company. As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll architect how we guide prospects through their journeyโ€”creating programs that engage, educate, and drive action at every stage. This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role where you own lead nurturing, engagement strategy, and sales alignment end-to-end. You’ll work with real data and resources to build sophisticated, scalable programs. As the company scales rapidly, you’ll scale with itโ€”this is a role with serious growth potential for a marketer ready to make their mark.

What will you do?

  • Lead Nurturing Programs: Design and manage campaigns (email, events, webinars, targeted content) to guide leads through the funnel.
  • Prospect Communications: Ensure timely and relevant messaging for all prospects, aligned with their stage in the journey.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Sales teams to ensure leads are followed up effectively and messaging is consistent.
  • Performance Analytics: Measure the impact of campaigns, analyze engagement, and optimize programs for meaningful interactions.
  • ABM Support: Contribute to account-based marketing efforts by nurturing high-value target accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, or demand generation.
  • Strong experience with email campaigns, marketing automation, and lead engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and working closely with sales teams.
  • Analytical mindset โ€” able to measure impact, optimize campaigns, and report results.
  • Startup-ready: proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of programs end-to-end.
