Senior Solution Engineer

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a strategic Partnerships Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. This role covers the full solution engineering lifecycle – from pre-sales design and co-creating complex partner solutions to hands-on technical implementation and project leadership. You’ll be central to that mission – owning critical engagements and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to precision, professionalism, and real business impact.

What You’ll Do:

Pre-Sales & Solution Design

• Partner with our VP of Partnerships to understand technical requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the sales cycle
• Lead product demonstrations and technical workshops that showcase how Justt solves real partner challenges
• Design and present tailored solutions that address specific partner objectives and use cases

Implementation & Onboarding

• Own the technical implementation of Justt’s platform for new partners and enterprise clients
• Ensure smooth integrations with existing systems and infrastructure
• Deliver training and ongoing support to help partners maximize the value of our solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during onboarding and beyond

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support to deliver exceptional partner experiences
• Create technical documentation, integration guides, and enablement materials
• Develop scopes of work and manage their execution from kickoff to completion
