Reason Code UA01: Fraud/Card Present Environment

The cardholder claims an unauthorized card-present transaction was completed using their credit card.

• The merchant processed a card-present transaction without getting authorization. 
• The credit card wasn’t used on a magnetic stripe reader.
• The cardholder didn’t participate in or approve the transaction.

• Wait for authorization before completing the transaction.
• Respond in a timely fashion to retrieval requests.
• Request for photo identification at pickup points for all site-to-store transactions.
