We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be accountable for driving the technical customer journey for a portfolio of customers (merchants), from their onboarding to their ongoing optimization and be responsible for their success (win rate). Additionally, you will also be responsible for the technical communication with the customers.
What will you be doing:
- Customer implementation: Research & Template creation in internal tool (Horizon)
- Testing and go live
- Tracking of customer performance (Win Rate) and understanding what can be done to improve it
- Implementation of customer enhancements (additional DPs, etc) to increase customer win rate
- Handle account escalations coming from CBK ops or CS (issues with templates, explanations required etc)
- Product support and training for new and existing merchants, including onboarding:
- Merchant creation
- New users
- CDS
- Go live configuration
- Assist in driving additional merchant value on top of product capabilities. For example: Provide insights regarding explainability, additional reporting inquiries
- Communication with the customer in regards to their account, their chargebacks and insights to improve their win rate
- Provide support for billing purposes
