Reason Code A08: Authorization Approval Expired

Your authorization approval expired before you could charge the card.

• The transaction approval request was declined. 
• The transaction was completed on an expired card. 
• The transaction was sent after the authorization approval had expired.

• Submit/process every transaction in good time. 
• Avoid processing transactions after getting an authorization decline. 
• Never process transactions from an expired card.
• Train your staff on the right methods of handling authorization approval.
