Reason Code C14: Paid by Other Means

The cardholder claims you charged their card for a transaction they paid through other methods.

The merchant 

• Failed to void multiple transactions. 
• Processed a transaction, but the cardholder paid for the same product or service by other means.

• Remember to void a transaction if a customer uses an alternative payment method.
• Always double-check transaction amounts before completing the payment.
